Dinah McLean is an entrepreneur, mom, and professional geek who partnered with her husband Mac to form Click Communications in 2007 in order to bring the “marriage” of marketing and publicity to their vast offering of online services. In addition to providing her extensive digital marketing expertise to clients and staff, Dinah oversees all of Click’s daily operations, as well as the reporting and analysis for each of Click’s campaigns.
Before launching Click, Dinah honed her marketing skills and online expertise at Ticketmaster, as both Regional Sales and Marketing Director and National Account Manager. As Sales and Marketing Director, she developed her virtual leadership style coordinating a team of sales and marketing professionals in eleven markets across the West. As National Account Manager she worked with promoters like AEG Live and VEE Corp to execute marketing strategies for nationwide tours. Prior to Ticketmaster, Dinah’s well-rounded resume already included everything from high-tech PR to radio promotions to field marketing for movie studios. She holds a BA in Journalism, and is a Luminary Member of the Step Up Women’s Network charity organization.
When she’s not living the Click Dream, Dinah can be found spending time with her family, playing with new recipes, or splitting time between her beloved music, books, movies and TV shows. She believes there are valuable life lessons to be learned from watching “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” and her long list of favorite movies includes The Empire Strikes Back, Clueless, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Army of Darkness, Heathers, Ghostbusters, The Avengers, and The Rock.
